A Journey Through the Elements — A 5-Part Yoga Workshop Series
6.30pm-8pm First Friday of every month (except April, on the 10th)

Discover how the five natural elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether - can support balance, intuition and emotional clarity both on and off the mat.

Each 90-minute session combines Mandala yoga, Yin yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra, alongside small pieces of yoga therapy and philosophy. You’ll not only experience each element in your practice, you’ll also learn how it relates to the body, the nervous system and everyday life.

2nd Jan Earth - stability, security and boundaries
6th Feb Water - adaptability, creativity and emotional expression
6th March Fire - motivation, confidence and personal power
10th April Air - communication, expansion and clarity of mind
1st May Ether - intuition, integration and connection to something greater
